The electrical hardware plans are created using the specifications from the functional description, the list of drives and the risk analysis. After approval from our customers, we start the electrical cabinet manufacturing and the software planning. Here, the focus is not only on the functioning of the machine, but also on the safety of the operators. After the wiring of the machine, the commissioning starts. In this process, all the electrical components are tested and all the sequences through to automatic operation are simulated and tested. After an intensive test run, the preliminary acceptance by the customer takes place.
